Registration materials are available in the Counseling Office or you may register online at:

www.collegeboard.org               

Do not register online if you qualify for extended time or special testing conditions.

See your counselor for an application for testing accommodations if you are currently

using them at HPHS. Accommodations are available on every test date for pre-qualified

students. Once qualified, you do not have to apply again.  You must keep the letter from

the College Board that qualifies you for your particular accommodation(s), and you must

submit a copy of this letter with subsequent test registration forms and fee payments.

ACT

See your counselor for an application for testing accommodations if you are currently

using them at HPHS.  Extended time is only available on the April, October and December

ACT test dates for pre-qualified students.  Once accommodations have been granted by

ACT, the admission ticket that is mailed to the student will designate the accommodation. 

It is important to make a copy of the admission ticket showing the accommodation and ID

information to avoid having to apply again later for accommodations on subsequent test dates.

Without this number on test registration materials, HPHS cannot receive test scores.
