I enjoy reading "detective and murder/mystery trash" novels, photography, and scrapbooking (though I seem to be so far behind on my albums!). I also collect Gone With the Wind memorabilia, but most of my present free time is consumed with planning a wedding for July, 2004. |

| I grew up in a Southern California town about 20 miles north of San Diego. I enjoyed making the transition to the East Coast for college (I FINALLY got to see trees change color in the Fall - palm trees don't do that!).After graduation, I moved to San Antonio to begin my teaching career. Manhattan was home for three years when I moved to the "Big Apple" for an educational non-profit job, but after traveling extensively across the country visiting schools, teachers, and state education officials, my family and Texas called me back. |
